Mr. Liu Xuesheng, born in 1963, is of Chinese nationality, with no permanent residency in foreign countries, and holds a master's degree in accounting. Mr. Liu Xuesheng once worked in Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Town Group Company and served as accountant, section chief, business manager of the finance department, deputy general manager of a subsidiary company and chief accountant of the company; he joined Shenzhen Association of Certified Public Accountants in February 1999 and served as assistant to the secretary-general, deputy secretary-general and secretary-general. Mr. Liu Xuesheng is a member of the Fifth Shenzhen Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, one of the first batch of senior members of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, vice president of Shenzhen Accounting Association, vice president of Shenzhen Accounting Association, part-time professor of Shenzhen University and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics; and has served as an independent auditor of Tianyin Telecommunications Holding Company Limited, Huafu Fashion Company Limited, Shenzhen Libang Precision Instruments Company Limited, Shenzhen Xiondee Technology Company Limited and Shenzhen Baoying Construction Holding Group Company Limited. Mr. Fu Songnian is currently an independent director of JIAZHAOYE GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED and PING AN FUND MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED.
Mr. Fu Songnian, born in 1975, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency in any foreign country and holds a doctorate degree in communication and information system. Mr. Fu Songnian was a postdoctoral researcher in optical fiber communications at the Network Technology Research Centre of Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. From January 2011 to June 2020, he was a professor at the School of Optoelectronics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology; and from June 2020 to present, he has been a professor at the School of Information Engineering of Guangdong University of Technology. Mr. Fu Songnian is a member of the Optical Communication and Information Network Technology Expert Working Committee of the Optical Engineering Society of China, a senior member of IEEE, a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, and a project leader of the National Key R&D Program. He has rich academic achievements in the field of optoelectronics technology and applications, and has published 98 papers as the first author and corresponding author, and has been granted 30 Chinese invention patents.
